Treatment approach:
My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is founded on positive psychology principals. This approach is well researched and has been shown to be consistently effective in resolving psychological problems. My approach also integrates strategies and therapeutic tools from other psychological approaches to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan to meet your needs. The primary approach to Relationship counseling is founded on the Gottman method, which has a solid research foundation. This approach is integrated with principals derived from my own research with successful relationships.
